Meeting called to order at 3:15PM by Patrick B and 2nd by Curt S
o Quorum: 15+families in attendance
Treasurer Report – Curt
o Bank balance as of July 27, 2024: $8,343.61
o Lake treatment bill $9,220.18 (a little higher than 2023 - $8908.68)
o Wright County Soil and Water testing: $300
o Treatment payments: $7,750 received
o Dues $3,000 received
20 members have not paid
Curly Leaf Pondweed (CLP) Update:
• Price has gone up
• DNR Grant we were not able to get this year (luck of random draw)
• Wright County Grant will be paid out in November, Approximately $500
•Motion to continue CLP treatment by Tim H seconded by Scott, passed unanimously
Committee & Project Updates:
• Secchi Disk readings
•Treatment Assessment discussion: General agreement that the targeted CLP was impacted
•Lake Clearity Discussion: Impact of multiple heavy rain events and observations to 3 of the 9 major watershed entries to our lake. Follow up with County Soil & Water to be made.

New business:
Is there a treatment for Algae?
No lake wide treatment of Copper Sulfate is scheduled. Any individual treatment requires a permit from the DNR.
